Our base in Kensington means that we regularly deal with the sale and purchase of multimillion pound properties and property investment portfolios for both UK and overseas purchasers. We can also offer
advice on remortgaging.

Landlord and tenant: We have extensive experience in freehold and leasehold situations, acting for both landlord and tenant. We can advise on the acquisition of
freeholds by groups of lessees. On the investment side, we advise both owners and occupiers about appropriate tenancy agreements.

Overseas property: We specialise in the acquisition of property abroad, especially French property.
